You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. unmirthfulh is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed in such content.

We reserve the right to remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

7. Payment Terms

Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
